Overview
We’re looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Caravan Housekeeper to join our hospitality team. In this role, you’ll be the key person responsible for maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment within our caravan accommodations. Your efforts will ensure that guests enjoy a spotless and relaxing stay, reflecting our commitment to excellent service. Duties
- Clean and tidy caravan interiors, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and communal areas, following established standards.
- Change linens, make beds, and restock supplies to ensure guest comfort at all times.
- Perform routine janitorial tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste disposal to maintain cleanliness.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly to keep the accommodations in top condition.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff alike.
- Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and toiletries to ensure availability for daily operations.
- Support team members during busy periods by helping with additional cleaning or guest requests as needed.
Skills
- Previous experience in hotel or hospitality environments is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization.
- Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and respond to guest needs politely.
- Knowledge of janitorial practices and safety procedures in cleaning environments.
- Ability to work independently while managing time efficiently during shifts.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn new cleaning techniques or procedures.
