Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional bartenders to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring guests have a memorable experience. This role involves engaging with customers, taking orders, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere in a busy restaurant environment. Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is advantageous, along with a passion for food and beverage service.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service throughout their visit
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and drinks in accordance with health and safety standards
- Assist with food preparation and presentation when required
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations
- Provide information about menu items, specials, and dietary options to guests
Qualifications
- Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality roles is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
- Barista and cocktail experience is a plus but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, approachable manner with a professional attitude
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and evenings as needed
- A genuine interest in delivering outstanding customer service
