CNC Miller Opportunity Position Details
- 4-day working week: Monday to Thursday
- 39 hours per week
- Rotating shifts: Two-week Dayshift/Nightshift rotation
- Overtime opportunities available at 1.5x standard rate, with the potential to earn 2x rate on Nightshift
- Nightshift allowance: 1.33x hourly rate

Skills & Experience
We are seeking a motivated and experienced CNC Miller with the following qualifications:
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience setting and operating CNC milling machines
- Recognised apprenticeship or time-served machinist
- Experience machining a variety of materials to tight tolerances
- Experience operating 3 & 5-axis CNC milling machines
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
Desirable Skills
- Experience using Siemens or Mazatrol controls (training can be provided)
- Experience operating 5-axis CNC milling machines
- 5+ years' milling experience
- 2+ years' CNC programming experience
- 5+ years' CNC operating experience
