Restaurant Supervisor

In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the restaurant, supporting both front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations, outstanding service, and high food quality standards. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of restaurant staff, including servers, kitchen team members, and baristas.
- Ensure food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and health & safety compliance at all times.
- Support food preparation, cooking, and plating when required.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
- Organise staff rotas, delegate responsibilities, and monitor team performance.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming restaurant environment.
- Assist with the training and development of new and existing team members.
- Monitor stock levels, place orders, and help minimise waste through effective inventory management.
About You
- Previous supervisory experience in a restaurant, hotel, café, or hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations, and food safety standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
- Able to remain organised and calm in a busy environment.
- Experience in serving, barista duties, or bar management is advantageous.
- A positive, proactive attitude and a strong team-player mindset.

Pay: £13.50-£15.00 per hour
