HGV Technician
Depot location: Norwich
Hours: 8am-4:30pm Monday-Friday
Money: £65,000 per year
Our client, a large commercial vehicle dealership group is seeking a skilled HGV Technicianto join a commercial vehicle support team in Norwich. This role combines roadside assistance with workshop-based servicing and repair.

Your Responsibilities
- Perform servicing, maintenance, and diagnostics in the workshop
- Follow OEM training and standards (training provided)
- Attend roadside breakdowns when on-call
- Manage call-outs and escalate as required
What You’ll need
- NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance
- Strong diagnostic and repair capability
- Confident working independently and with customers
- Full UK driving licence
- Roadside IVR and diagnostic software experience beneficial
