We require a talented and committed IT Services Manager to join our vibrant and exciting school. You will strategically manage the development and maintenance of our IT systems and infrastructure, and provide an exceptional level of support.
This is an exciting time to join our Trust and become a key part of the IT team. We are currently delivering a newly developed IT strategy focused on building a cohesive, Trust-wide network and migrating all individual cloud systems into a single, unified platform. This transformation will break down barriers, enable greater collaboration across our 16 schools, and ultimately improve outcomes for all our pupils and staff.
For the right candidate, this role offers excellent long-term career prospects. As our centralized infrastructure evolves, there will be tangible opportunities to grow within the position —both within your school and across the wider Trust.
You will have:
- experience of managing support teams
- experience of working with clients and network infrastructure/systems
- problem solving and project management experience
- excellent communication skills, including negotiation and team working skills
- to meet the person specification and will be required to apply for a DBS disclosure
