Female Care Assistant - Waking Nights - 20 hours per week
Are you passionate about providing life-changing care? We’re looking for a dedicated Female Care Assistant to join our compassionate team in the Wolverhampton area for night support. You'll have the opportunity to support one individual client in a truly meaningful way.
In this unique role, you’ll be working with a person living with Motor Neuron Disease, helping them maintain their independence and support them with all aspects of care and support.

Here at Salvere Support we support individual clients in their own homes. Our small teams of Personal Assistants provide bespoke, person centered care to really make a difference in our clients lives. You’ll only be working with one client which enables you to truly get to know them and make a meaningful difference each day.

Shift times: 22:30-8:30
20 hours per week
Week 1: Friday and Saturday Night
Week 2: Wednesday and Sunday Night

All training is provided and will consist of e-learning courses, face-to-face sessions, practical training, clinical training and competencies. The training is bespoke to the client and fully comprehensive for meeting their needs. We also provide refresher training on a regular basis, to keep your knowledge and skills current.
Who we are looking for:
You must be self motivated, well organised, reliable and an excellent team player. . As well as being a naturally caring and compassionate person, we’re seeking Care / Support workers with experience of:
- Personal care, support to manage continence, and measures to maintain a good skin state.
- Moving and Handling (including hoisting and position changes).
- Domestic duties (Laundry, cleaning).
- Non-invasive physio and stretches
- BiPAP Ventilation
- Monitoring of general health and well being, and daily record keeping.
- Support with hydration and nutrition where needed
You should also have:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Flexibility to cover annual leave and sickness.
