Join Our Growing Property Maintenance Team
We're looking for an experienced Multi-Trade Plumber to join our expanding team carrying out repairs, maintenance and bathroom installations across social housing properties throughout Hampshire.

Working from our Fleet office, you'll travel to properties across Hampshire completing a mixture of responsive repairs, planned maintenance and void property refurbishments, helping ensure homes are safe, functional and ready for residents.
What You'll Be Doing
- General plumbing repairs and maintenance
- Diagnosing and repairing plumbing faults efficiently
- Installing and replacing taps, toilets, basins, baths, showers and pipework
- Removing and installing complete bathroom suites
- Carrying out plumbing works within occupied and void properties
- Completing basic multi-trade works, including making good after plumbing repairs
- Working safely and professionally in customers' homes
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
- Using handheld devices to manage jobs and update progress
- Delivering excellent customer service on every visit
What We're Looking For
- Level 2 NVQ in Plumbing (or equivalent)
- Previous experience working within social housing or property maintenance
- Confident carrying out both responsive repairs and planned plumbing works
- Ability to diagnose plumbing faults and complete repairs efficiently
- Basic multi-trade skills, including making good after plumbing works
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- Own hand and power tools
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual and professional
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
