About Blas ar Fwyd
Blas ar Fwyd is a busy, friendly and fast‑moving Welsh food and drink wholesaler, supplying trade and public customers across Wales and beyond.
We’re looking for a hands on, team orientated and flexible individual to work with both the driver team and the warehouse team based at our HQ in Llanrwst.
The Role
This is a hands‑on role and you’ll be on your feet all day, either with the Warehouse team or as a Delivery Driver, out and about across North Wales delivering to customers.
With the Warehouse Team, you’ll be:
- starting between 8 and 9am, working typically 8 hours, maybe longer during the busiest periods.
- receiving deliveries from suppliers and keeping goods in the correct locations;
- processing customer orders, picking and packing stock, ready for delivery;
- working as a team to prioritise day to day and keep everywhere clean & organised;
- working with our warehousing software, accuracy being key.
When being a Delivery Driver, you’ll:
- start between 6am and 8am. Delivery days vary depending on seasonality, average 8 hours.
- working as a team to load vans in the morning
- delivering to customers across North & Mid Wales, making sure the right goods get to the right customers;
- acting as an ambassador for the company, when interacting with customers, suppliers and the general public.
The successful candidate will be flexible, team orientated, want to work to a high standard while happy to help where is required, day after day.
Hours and working pattern
- A permanent position, working days Monday to Friday
- Average 35 hours, over 3-5 days a week
- You’ll be guaranteed 24 hours per week over a minimum of 3 days
- Your start time will vary, based on a rota, starting between 6am and 9am daily
- Your finish time will be 3pm-6pm.
- Based at our Llanrwst HQ

Pay Details
· A permanent position.
· Hourly rate starting at £12.89, rising to £13.39 after five months on successful completion of probation.
