EXPERIENCED PRODUCTION OPERATIVE
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Production Operative to join a well-established and expanding company. We are seeking someone with a keen eye for detail, and a strong commitment to quality, able to ensure that all products consistently meet the highest standards during the manufacturing process.
The ideal candidate will have excellent skills and expertise in using various machines. Proactive and observant, your role will be essential in maintaining the integrity of our production line, consistently delivering high-quality uniform headwear.

Job responsibilities
· Operate a variety of specialized tools and machinery with precision.
· Carry out a physically demanding role.
· Read specifications & production paperwork.
· Meet a high level of quality in all manufactured items.
· Collaborating with other production staff to meet deadlines, and quality. standards, ensuring timely completion of orders.
Profile
· At least 2 years' experience in a production and manufacturing environment.
· Knowledge of fabric and material types and their compatibility.
· Enthusiastic and eager to learn new techniques and skills.
· Strong attention to detail with a focus on precision and quality.
· Passionate about producing high quality work and craftsmanship.
· Adaptable to changing demands and production processes.
· Competent in both written and spoken English for effective communication.
· Exceptional organizational skills to maintain an orderly workspace and able to follow production plans.
· Dependable, punctual, and reliable, ensuring a steady workflow
· Awareness of health and safety regulations and adherence to them (training provided).
Generous performance-based bonus, with pay progression once trained
Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 5:00pm Friday 8:00am - 1:00pm
