We are currently looking for an Engagement Officer to join the Connect to Work, Employment Support Team within the NPT Employability team.
The main duties of the post:
To promote and support expression of interests and the enrolment process onto the Connect to Work Programme
To ensure that the programmes engagement activity plans are delivered and monitored effectively, using project management techniques.
To work with people from all sections of the community ensuring that they are actively involved in, and constructively contributing to the programme for the areas
To work with local organisations to support activities/day to day operations where appropriate.
To build professional working relationships with employers, community groups, individuals and health providers to promote the benefit of supported employment opportunities.
Support and assist with paperwork, evidence gathering and recording
for project analysis.
You will have experience in/of:
Partnership Working: Strong experience of collaborative partnership working across NPT Employability, external partners, and Health Authorities. Skilled in building effective multi-agency relationships and representing services at multi-disciplinary and multi-agency meetings to support coordinated service delivery and positive outcomes.
Ideally you will be:
Be educated to Level 4 standard and have substantial experience in working with participants who have a variety of support and training needs to enable them to enter the job market. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude.
