We are a growing property management company looking for a practical, reliable and hands-on person to join our team.
The role will include:
- Regularly visiting and inspecting our properties
- Identifying maintenance issues and reporting back to the office
- Carrying out small maintenance and handyman jobs
- Meeting and supervising contractors and checking work has been completed properly
- Dealing with tenants face-to-face when required
- Helping with rent chasing and outstanding payments
- Assisting tenants with general tenancy matters
- Making sure urgent property issues are followed through and resolved
We are looking for someone who is practical, organised, confident dealing with people and able to work independently.
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence
- Good general handyman/maintenance skills
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, email and taking photos/reports
- Reliable and able to take responsibility for getting jobs completed
Property management experience is helpful but not essential.
