Children’s Residential Support Worker
Location: Oswestry
Hours: 39 hours per week (part-time considered)
We are looking for caring and motivated Support Workers to join our children’s home in Oswestry, supporting young people with complex needs, emotional and behavioural difficulties.
In this rewarding role, you will help provide a safe, stable, and nurturing environment where young people can thrive. You’ll build positive and trusting relationships, support daily routines, and take part in activities such as sports, gaming, and outings. You will also encourage independence, support personal development, and provide emotional support during more challenging moments.
What we’re looking for:

Full UK Driving Licence (essential)

A caring, resilient, and flexible approach

Strong communication skills and a positive attitude

Ability to engage with young people and take part in activities

Willingness to work shifts and sleep-ins
