Responsibilities

- Maintain clear and effective communication with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure consistent care delivery
- Use IT systems to document care activities accurately and update records regularly
- Promote a warm, friendly environment that encourages social interaction and emotional well-being
Qualifications
- Good communication skills in English, with the ability to listen actively and convey information clearly
- Experience working in a care home or providing home care is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidates
- Ability to follow detailed care plans and adapt to changing needs of residents
- Basic IT skills for record keeping and documentation purposes
