Job description
- Manage the day-to-day maintenance operations across a portfolio of serviced accommodation properties, ensuring high standards of presentation, safety, and guest satisfaction.
- Plan, allocate, and supervise daily workloads for maintenance staff and contractors to ensure efficient completion of tasks.
- Conduct property inspections to identify maintenance requirements, defects, and opportunities for preventative maintenance.
- Perform a wide range of hands-on maintenance tasks, including painting, decorating, basic plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs.
- Coordinate and complete ad hoc maintenance jobs in response to guest requests, operational needs, and emergency situations.
- Manage property turnaround schedules to ensure accommodation units were fully prepared and maintained between guest stays.
- Organise maintenance materials, tools, equipment, and stock levels to support operational efficiency.
- Liaise with housekeeping, operations, and management teams to prioritise maintenance requirements and minimise disruption to guests.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and property maintenance standards.
- Ensuring areas are left clean and tidy on completion of the job.
Pay: From £35,000.00 per year
