Tapas y Copas (tapas and drinks) is at the heart of everything we do. We combine the finest Spanish produce with the best local ingredients to create exceptional dishes inspired by our passion for Spain. We are an independantly run business and have four sites in South Wales and Bristol.
Almost everything we serve is prepared on site, or traditionally cured and aged in Spain before being expertly finished by our team. Our food is complemented by a carefully curated drinks offering, with the same level of attention and creativity applied to both.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years experience as a Head or Senior Sous Chef in busy restaurant operation and should be able to illustrate the following qualities and skills:
· Lead kitchen operations, team and performance
· Develop menus, pricing and food quality standards
· Manage budgets, labour and profitability
· Recruit, train and develop kitchen team
· Monitor customer satisfaction and trends
· Reduce waste and improve efficiency
· Ensure full food safety and hygiene compliance
