Essential
- Relevant qualification (e.g degree or diploma) in a technical discipline such as IT or Telecommunications, or relevant equivalent experience
- Demonstrable experience in the design of telecommunications services in a large and complex environment
- Significant experience in driving transformational change in a large organisation
- Can demonstrate confidence engaging with business stakeholders in an effective manner by understanding business needs for telecoms services, resulting in affective cross business understanding of service specifications
- Can demonstrate confidence engaging with customer organisations, actively seeks engagement and feedback of services and performance
- Demonstrable experience building strong relationships with a range of stakeholders to operate successfully at all levels
- Strong, broad analytical skills, with the ability to correlate information from a variety of sources
- Demonstrable experience in simplifying complex data analysis
- Significant Experience driving continuous service improvement, works proactively with customers and other teams to deliver required improvements
- Demonstrable written and verbal communication skills able to successfully adapt messaging to suit target audiences as all levels of seniority
Desirable
- ITIL v3/v4 Foundation Professional Certification
- ITIL v4 Managing Professional Certification
- Broad Knowledge of/experience in the railway industry telecommunications technologies/standards
