Hourly rate: £12.71 (over 21s)
Contract type: Permanent, part-time, 30 hours per week, Mon to Fri
Shift times: 0830 – 1500 (with some flexibility to manage hours as per business requirements)
Aramark UK are currently recruiting for an Accommodation Administrator to join our team at Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst. There will be occasional support required at Frimley Cadet Centre.
This is a varied role requiring previous administration or data entry experience and strong IT skills, such as MS Office including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Skills tests are part of the interview and selection process.

What you’ll do:

Data input accurately on several different systems supporting compliance checks of those systems.

Have a sound grasp of working in administration and able to answer basic queries, using your own initiative and seek advice from line management on areas outside of your remit. Note-taking, typing memos, menus, function letters/costings, and marketing support.

Ability to use Outlook/Word/Excel/SharePoint at a basic level.

Organising and setting up meetings and meeting rooms, booking in guests and visitors to site

Possess the ability to deal with customers effectively, either orally or in written format and draft emails both internally and externally and monitor electronic mailboxes.

Become fully competent with “bespoke” military software applications.

Able to work as part of a team or individually to complete the required unit output.
