As 1 of the 5 FOH staff the role will be expected to fulfil;
During service;
- Taking care of guests and ensuring their order is taken and fulfiled with due care
- Understand the menu and assist the guests in making decisions
Before service;
- Set up work space
- Quick clean down of shop floor ready for guests
After service;
- Closing up and tidying work space and clearing area
General;
- Clear communication skills, ability to work closely with all areas of the business
- Kind and open
- If you have a genuine care for drinks and wine you can have as much involvement into our developing menu as the seasons change and as we are shifting the menu.
At least 1 years experience or if you are just keen to start a new role, we can hapily accept you too.
We will help train and ease you into the role, our staff are supportive and want you to do well too!
