Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Front of House Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our vibrant hospitality environment.
This role is very operational led, responsible for delivering sales targets.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Previous experience in cafe, bar, restaurant or hotel settings, along with supervisory expertise, is essential for success in this position.
Duties
- Supervise front of house staff, ensuring smooth service delivery and high standards of hospitality.
- Oversee food preparation and presentation to guarantee quality and consistency in line with company standards.
- Manage table walk in’s, seating arrangements, and optimise table turnover to maximise operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness throughout the front of house area.
- Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service, handling guest enquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Coordinate staff schedules to optimise business reports, delegate tasks effectively, and monitor team performance to foster a positive working environment.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless communication between front and back of house teams.
- Maintain stock levels for service essentials such as menus, condiments, and supplies.
- Create inspiring specials enhancing customer experience and return rates
Experience
- Proven supervisory experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food safety standards.
- Demonstrable leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
- Experience in serving and hospitality roles, including barista experience or hotel operations, is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of food production processes and kitchen operations is advantageous.
- Familiarity with restaurant management systems and reservation software is preferred.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
