About the Role:
We are looking for high quality experienced teachers who want to develop their skills and support in delivering our learn to swim program. We’re looking for dedicated Children’s Swim Instructors to join our state-of-the-art swim school in Golders Green, NW11. We specialise in small group lessons, private and shared lessons for children and parent and baby lessons too. Our goal is to provide high-quality, personalised instruction in a nurturing environment that makes learning to swim a joyful experience.

Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, age-appropriate swimming lessons that align with our swim curriculum.
- Foster a safe, supportive, and fun learning environment that encourages children to develop water confidence and foundational swimming skills.
- Build strong, positive relationships with children and their families, ensuring excellent communication and personalised feedback.
- Maintain accurate lesson records, tracking attendance and individual progress toward swimming milestones.
- Work collaboratively with our management team to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience across all lessons.
- Contribute to the continued success of our brand through creative lesson planning, a positive attitude, and a passion for child development.
What We’re Looking For:
- ASA/STA Level 2 or internationally recognised equivalent.
- Parents and baby qualification preferred, upskilling available
- Experience teaching children in a professional setting.
- A friendly, approachable personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine love for working with children and a commitment to their safety and progress.
- Reliability and flexibility to work during peak hours – primarily weekday afternoons and weekends.

Pay: £23.00-£28.00 per hour
