Duties
- Serve drinks and beverages efficiently and courteously to customers at the bar
- Take orders accurately and handle cash or card payments using the till system
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including cleaning glasses, utensils, and work surfaces
- Restock bar supplies as needed, ensuring all stock levels are maintained throughout shifts
Skills
- Excellent serving skills with a friendly, approachable manner
- Experience in cellar management
- Proven experience in hospitality or food service environments is advantageous
- Good organisational skills to keep the bar area tidy and well-stocked
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- A personable attitude with excellent communication skills, ensuring positive interactions with customers and colleagues alike
