Telesales Advisor must have excellent communication skills and English fluency with an accent. Our lucrative salaries will also include healthy commission and bonuses as an incentive to accomplish your targets. We expecting a person with a flexible and effective communications service to help our business generate leads, introduce our company and make appointments on our behalf – this is to help us to generate more sales. You will have a positive & friendly telephone manner to ensure the company is always presented in a helpful manner. Strong computer skills are essential in this role as all calls must be logged onto company system.
Education – Graduate BSc/MSc (Computer Sciences)
Experience – 1-2 Years
Key Responsibilities
Excellent know-how of the IT related business with ability to work independently.
Call (Cold Call) to potential prospects that are generated by external sources of leads.
Make outbound follow-up calls to existing customers. This can be done by phone calls, emails or social media messages.
Identify the decision makers, their authority and budget within targeted leads to begin a sales process.
Recommend or purchase data on our behalf or utilize your existing database.
Coordinate with Senior Management for daily tasks and meet the targets.
Make outbound calls to prospect data and introduce our company to raise awareness of our products and or services.
