Heyday is a fast-growing community membership for people in later life — and we're looking for a driven sales leader to build the partner network that fuels our growth.
This is a self-employed, commission-led role with an earnings support mechanism to get you started and no ceiling on what you can earn beyond that. OTE is £100k+. If you're the right person, you'll beat it.
What the role involves
You'll do two things: sell, and build a team of people who sell.
On the sales side, you'll deliver Heyday Personal Assessments — one-to-one conversations that guide people in their 60s, 70s, and 80s through decisions on housing, finances, and community. You'll also attend Heyday Events at our sales centres and NHS hospital sites across Dorset, Somerset, and Wiltshire.
On the network side, you'll recruit, onboard, and develop self-employed Heyday Partners, and build a pipeline of referral partners — professionals already trusted by the people we serve: solicitors, financial advisers, healthcare workers, and more.
The earning opportunity
Our product portfolio includes retirement living properties and financial products — and unlike most sales roles, this one rewards you for the lifetime of a client relationship, not just a single transaction. Retirement living properties can be re-traded within a managed portfolio, meaning one relationship can generate multiple commissions over time.
There is an earnings support mechanism while you build. After that, everything is down to you — and everything you earn is yours.
OTE £100k+. Uncapped.
What we're looking for
- Experience building and managing self-employed sales or referral networks
- A background in property, financial services, care, or a related field — preferred but not essential
- Consultative selling skills: you build trust, then close
- The commercial instinct to maximise revenue per transaction and long-term value per relationship
- Coaching ability: you want your partners to win, not just yourself
- Self-starter mentality — you don't wait to be told
