Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Patient Co-ordinator to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities
- Answer patient inquiries via phone and email, providing clear information about the service
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records within the electronic health record system
- Facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers to ensure all questions and concerns are addressed promptly
- Assist with patient identity verification and collection of necessary documentation
- Support administrative tasks such as preparing test kits for patients
- Assistance with processing lab reports for patients.
Requirements
- Proven experience working in an office environment with excellent organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with diverse patient populations
- Ability to multitask effectively in a busy office while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficiency in using office software and electronic health record systems
- Positive attitude, proactive approach, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle high-pressure situations professionally
- Willingness to work overtime in evenings and weekends when required.

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
