Your role
As our Night Care Team Leader, you'll:
- Lead, motivate and support the night care team.
- Ensure residents receive safe, compassionate and high-quality care.
- Monitor care standards and maintain accurate care records.
- Support staff through coaching, training and day-to-day guidance.
- Assist the Registered Manager with audits, compliance and quality improvements.
- Work closely with healthcare professionals, residents and families to deliver outstanding care.
About you
You'll be someone who:
- Has previous experience in a senior care or supervisory role.
- Has strong leadership and communication skills.
- Can make confident, clinically sound decisions.
- Is passionate about delivering outstanding care for older people.
- Is committed to working towards (or already holds) a Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification.
- Enjoys leading by example and supporting others to succeed.
