About the role
We currently have an opportunity for a Contact Centre Operative to join our brand new team. You will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, maximising sales, and supporting customers with their ordering requirements. You will act as a key point of contact for inbound and outbound calls, ensuring customers receive accurate information, helpful advice, and a consistently positive experience.

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service at all times.
- Receive inbound calls from customers placing orders.
- Proactively contact key customers to promote special offers and boost sales.
- Load customer orders accurately onto the system.
- Complete general administration duties as required.
The Ideal Candidate
You'll likely have experience in telesales, customer management, account management or customer success, ideally in a telephone-based role. You'll be confident with customers, commercially aware, and comfortable working to targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
- Can manage inbound and outbound customer contact professionally, including resolving issues when needed have a track record of identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Are comfortable working to KPIs, deadlines and service standards
- Can use CRM systems, Excel and customer data confidently to maintain accuracy and spot risks or opportunities.
- Enthusiastic and personable manner, representing the business professionally.
- Confident in advising customers on promotions.
- Flexible and adaptable approach to daily responsibilities.
- Strong organisational skills.
