We have an exciting role on offer within our Community Learning service as an apprenticeship Learning and Development Coach.
This post is a key function within Middlesbrough Community Learning, Middlesbrough Council’s adult learning and employability service.
This is an opportunity to make a real difference, helping young people and adults build a future career pathway through the knowledge, skills and experience they develop on their apprenticeship.
What You’ll Do: -

Deliver engaging apprenticeship provision in several occupational areas.

Embed English, Maths, ICT, Safeguarding and Prevent into programme delivery.

Support learners with feedback, progression and next steps into work or further learning.

Maintain accurate learner records and contribute to quality and Ofsted requirements.

Ability to develop apprentices for their future career aspirations.

Strong organisation, communication and ICT skills.
