Overview
We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic FOH (Front of House) Team Member to join our vibrant hospitality team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop customer service skills within a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their experience is memorable and enjoyable. Prior experience in hospitality is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided. Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure they feel welcome throughout their visit
- Take accurate orders and serve food and beverages efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including setting tables and clearing after service
- Handle customer enquiries professionally, resolving any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and stock replenishment
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods
- Promote special offers or menu items to enhance guest experience
- Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to uphold hygiene standards
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable manner
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a lively environment
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is desirable but not mandatory; full training will be provided for enthusiastic learners
