Location: Sleaford, Lincolnshire
Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm | 1 in 4 Saturdays 9:00am – 1:00pm
Salary: £30,084 – £30,804 per annum + performance-related commission

- Licence: Full UK driving licence (essential for property visits).

About the Role
Belvoir Sleaford is part of a prestigious national network of 160 offices. Due to continued success, we are recruiting a professional Portfolio Manager to manage one-half of our residential property portfolio on Northgate in Sleaford. Working alongside a co-portfolio manager, you will build and maintain strong relationships with a dedicated group of landlords and tenants.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage prospective tenant applications, viewings, and referencing via our Vision platform.
- Coordinate, monitor, and process all property maintenance issues.
- Communicate with landlords and tenants face-to-face, via email, and by telephone.
- Schedule gas, oil, and electrical safety inspections.
- Conduct regular and final property inspections using an iPad.
- Handle basic account administration and issue legal documentation.
