This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Production Supervisor or Team Leader looking to take the next step in their career. Our client is seeking ambitious individuals who can lead from the front, drive performance, and play a key role in the company's continued growth.
As a Level 2 Production Supervisor, you will lead production teams to achieve targets while maintaining high standards of food safety, quality, and efficiency. You'll take ownership of your area, support continuous improvement initiatives, and have the opportunity to step into a more senior leadership role when required.
For the right candidate, this role offers genuine progression opportunities into Production Management as the business continues to expand.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a Production Supervisor, Line Leader, or Team Leader role within food manufacturing, ideally poultry, meat, or fresh food production
- Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, quality, and HACCP standards
- Experience leading and motivating teams to achieve production and performance targets
- Ability to manage labour, productivity, and operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of health and safety requirements within manufacturing
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on continuous improvement and team development
- Ability to make effective decisions and maintain high standards under pressure
Shift Pattern
- Tuesday to Thursday: 2:30pm – 11:00pm
- Friday: 2:00pm – 10:00pm
- Saturday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
