We are Firs Hall Care Home in Failsworth and we provide care and support for elderly residents and those living with dementia.
We are currently seeking to recruit a Maintenance Operative to our team; someone with the right values and attitude to work in our care home. You will be responsible for the general maintenance and upkeep of the home and gardens, including joinery, painting and decorating, along with performing safety and fire checks within the home whilst respecting our residents, promoting their independence and dignity at all times.
You must be able to demonstrate practical skills in general maintenance and painting and decorating, be flexible, willing to learn, compassionate and warm. A friendly person who can easily build relationships with others and become a valued member of our team. Someone who has a commitment to quality and will help to ensure our home is a safe, clean and welcoming environment for residents, staff and visitors.
