Duties
- Support the daily routines of children, including playtime, meal times, and nap periods, ensuring a caring and structured environment
- Assist with supervising children during activities both indoors and outdoors, promoting safety and engagement
- Help implement educational activities that foster development in communication skills, social interaction, and early learning concepts
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming nursery setting
- Observe and record children's progress to support ongoing developmental assessments
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members to ensure clear understanding and positive relationships
- Contribute to the management of nursery resources and assist with basic administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Experience working with children or in childcare settings is highly desirable
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and child development stages
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to interact positively with children and colleagues
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and the ability to manage responsibilities proactively
- Valid driving license is preferred for transportation needs or nursery outings
