The Hop Pole is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Part-Time Bar & Front of House Team Member to join our friendly team.
We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a busy pub environment and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service. Previous experience working behind a bar is preferred, and experience running food is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Serving customers at the bar in a friendly and efficient manner
- Running food to tables and providing excellent table service
- Delivering outstanding customer service at all times
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the pub
- Supporting colleagues during busy service periods
- Following food hygiene and licensing procedures
What we're looking for
- Previous bar experience preferred
- Experience in food running or front of house is desirable
- Friendly, approachable, and professional
- Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
