We're on the hunt for a Regional Sales Manager who's not afraid to think outside the box and get creative with their sales strategies. Reporting to the Head of Hotel Sales, you’ll play a big part in the operation of our Central Hotel Sales Team across all segments, driving revenue, pipeline growth and conversion.
You'll be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, but don't worry, you won't be alone in this battle. You'll be leading our sales superheroes who are ready to conquer the sales world with you, building strong hotel, operational and client relationships along the way.

What you’ll be doing as our Senior Central Sales manager:
- Reporting to our Head of Hotel Sales.
- Lead, coach and support Regional Sales Executives to exceed revenue, pipeline, activity and conversion targets across.
- Be an effective communication link between Sales, Revenue and Hotel Operations.
- Develop and monitor an accurate and effective communication channel to manage the agreed activity for Contracting and revenue generation for hotel
- Develop a SM Action Plan for your department which accurately interprets the objectives of the business.
- Plan, prepare and proactively participate in monthly sales blitzes to maximise demand generation for hotels and increase customer relationships
- Attend and participate in Industry events to increase knowledge and network for all segments, industry sectors and B2B customer base.
- Accountable for the KGH lead generation process (Lead Heroes) across the organisation
- Establish an effective account management process.
- Present and communicate performance results to the wider business on a regular basis.
- Manage the motivation, development and performance of the Central Hotel Sales Team.
- Ensure an active and continuous process is in place for coaching, training and developing all team members.
What will make you a great fit for this role:
- Successful track record of leading, coaching and developing a sales team of three or more people.
- Demonstrable sales experience including selling to senior decision makers, in large matrix sales and operational organisation (National, Regional and Local)
- Demonstrable experience of managing a sales operation preferably within a hospitality environment
- Effective conflict management/resolution and negotiation/persuasion skills
- Project management tools, techniques and methodologies and the different approaches required to manage projects to deliver out performance in the business.
- Understanding of the hotel sector would be an advantage
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
