Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all assigned areas throughout your shift
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper to ensure continuous availability
- Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for quick resolution
- Adhere to company cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure consistency and quality
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as needed to uphold cleanliness standards
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services preferred
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality of work
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time efficiently
- Good physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that require standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills to follow instructions clearly and report issues accurately
- Knowledge of safe chemical handling practices and cleaning equipment operation

Pay: £12.71 per hour
