About the role
We are looking for an organised and reliable Care Home Administrator to support the smooth day-to-day running of our care homes.
The role will have a particular focus on recruitment, new starter administration, staff records and workforce compliance. You will work closely with the Home Manager to make sure applications, references, right-to-work checks, DBS applications, contracts, training records and personnel files are properly completed and kept up to date.
