Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
- Supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to foster a motivated and efficient team.
- Implement process improvements aimed at enhancing productivity, safety standards, and cost efficiency across the warehouse.
Skills
- Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced warehouse or logistics environment.
- Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management
- Hands-on experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Ability to operate forklifts safely; certification preferred.
- Excellent process improvement skills with a focus on continuous improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of 3PL operations and transportation management systems (TMS).
- Exceptional organizational skills combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving in warehouse settings.

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
