Based at a prestigious client specialising in cutting-edge automotive and motorsport engineering, you'll play a key role in maintaining a safe, secure and welcoming environment for employees, contractors and visitors.

The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Controlling access and egress to the site.
- Greeting, assisting and directing employees, contractors and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Conducting regular internal and external security patrols.
- Maintaining a safe and secure environment for all site users.
- Acting as a visible security presence to deter criminal activity and anti-social behaviour.
- Responding appropriately to incidents, emergencies and security concerns.
- Monitoring site activity and reporting any security, safety or maintenance issues.
- Completing accurate incident reports, occurrence logs and other site documentation.
- Liaising professionally with the client, emergency services and members of the public where required.
- Following all Assignment Instructions, health and safety procedures and company policies.

Essential Requirements
- Valid Front-Line SIA Security Guarding or Door Supervisor Licence.
- Current First Aid at Work qualification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service skills with a professional and approachable manner.
- Good conflict management and de-escalation skills.
- Good IT skills and the ability to complete accurate electronic reports.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual and committed to maintaining high professional standards.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
About You
You'll be someone who enjoys working in a customer-facing environment and understands that great security is about more than simply protecting a site. You'll be approachable, observant and confident dealing with people at all levels, while remaining calm and professional when responding to incidents.
Previous experience within corporate, industrial or manufacturing security would be advantageous, although full site-specific training will be provided.
