What you'll be doing
- Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom where every pupil can thrive.
- Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all learners, including SEND and EAL pupils.
- Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress to support continued achievement.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, carers, and colleagues.
- Maintain high expectations for behaviour, attendance, and learning.
- Contribute to the wider life of the school community.
What we're looking for
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant teaching qualification.
- Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
- Excellent classroom management skills.
- A commitment to inclusive education and high-quality teaching.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Resilient, adaptable, and passionate about helping young people succeed.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
Desirable Skills & Qualities
- Experience teaching within UK primary or secondary schools.
- Creative and engaging approach to lesson delivery.
