Depending on the department you are allocated to, you may be required to work within prisoner-facing areas of the establishment as part of your role.
What You'll Be Doing
As an Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support to operational and support functions across the prison. Responsibilities may include:

Maintaining accurate records, systems and databases

Processing confidential information efficiently and accurately

Producing reports and analysing data
-
Managing emails, schedules and administrative workflows
-
Updating spreadsheets and tracking key information
-
Supporting meetings and preparing documentation
-
Ensuring compliance with policies, procedures and audit requirements

Working collaboratively with colleagues across multiple departments

Responding to queries and providing excellent customer service
