We have an exciting 12-month fixed term contract opportunity which offers the chance to lead a specialist Intelligence Team of six within NFU Mutual's Head Office Claims Validation function. The team provides claims validation, fraud prevention, intelligence and technical oversight that supports effective decisions, stronger fraud controls and positive customer outcomes across Claims.
You’ll lead and develop a team of three Intelligence Analysts and three Intelligence Researchers. You’ll prioritise resources, maintain high standards, and build colleague capability. You’ll oversee intelligence activity that identifies emerging fraud risks, supports investigations and strengthens the way NFU Mutual manages fraud risk.
You’ll provide continuity of leadership for an established team while contributing to fraud strategy, intelligence led decision making, change activity and relationships with senior stakeholders. You’ll also support improvements to processes and practices, helping the team deliver efficient, high-quality outcomes.
This role can be based at our Head Office in Tiddington, just outside Stratford upon Avon, or our Bristol office. It is a full-time position with a hybrid working pattern.

Salary - £56,000 depending on experience
