Nursery Practitoner – Permanent Position
Are you a qualified Early Years Practitioner looking for a permanent role where you can grow, develop and make a real difference to young children?
A fantastic nursery in Bath is looking for a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join their experienced and supportive team.
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play an important role in supporting the care, learning and development of children aged 0–5 years. You will work as part of a dedicated team to create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn and thrive.
You’ll build positive relationships with children and their families, support their individual development and help provide engaging, play-based experiences in line with the EYFS.
You will work closely with your colleagues to plan and deliver activities, support daily routines and ensure the children in your care receive the highest standard of care. There may also be opportunities to take on additional responsibility and lead the room when required.
What we're looking for:
- A Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Good knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding
- A genuine passion for working with children aged 0–5
- A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work Monday–Friday, between 8am–6pm
- An Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one
