We are seeking a dedicated Factory Operative to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with assembly, operating hand and power tools, and maintaining a clean and organised work environment.
Duties
- Assemble components accurately according to specifications and work instructions
- Operate machines and tools safely and efficiently during the manufacturing processes
- Conduct routine inspections of products to ensure quality standards are met
- Assist with the loading, unloading, and organisation of materials within the factory
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times to minimise risks in the workplace
Requirements
- Previous factory experience is desired but not essential; training will be provided
- Experience with assembly processes or working within a manufacturing environment is preferred
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail
Monday - Friday
6am-2pm or 2pm -10pm
