Join a multi-disciplinary team during an ambitious phase of expansion.
Following a period of significant investment, we are currently expanding our facilities to be a six-surgery site. We are looking for a forward-thinking and dedicated Associate Dentist to join our clinical team and help us drive this next chapter of growth.
We are a modern, private practice that prioritizes both clinical excellence and a vibrant team culture. As part of the Unity Dental Group, a Devon-based cluster of six practices, we offer the support and resources of a larger network without the "corporate" feel. Our Practice Principal, Dr. Chris Callison, works on-site four days a week, providing the team with clinical autonomy and direct leadership.
Why Join Us?
- Expansion & Innovation: We are moving toward a 6-surgery setup, providing a high-tech environment for our clinicians to perform their best work.
- Advanced Diagnostics: Our facility has intraoral scanners, an OPG machine, and digital x-rays to support high-level clinical planning. And with the expansion is being equipped with a CBCT machine,
- Modern Workspace: The practice features rotary endo, a dedicated private consultation room, and a cloud-based software system (Dentally).
- Group Support & Mentorship: As a truly multi-disciplinary group, we offer internal mentoring in Implants, Orthodontics, Periodontics, Endodontics, and Oral Surgery. You’ll also benefit from a central management team and a supportive external network across our sister practices.
- Team Culture: We believe work should be enjoyable. We organise regular team events and maintain a professional yet fun day-to-day ethos. View our life at the practice on our Instagram https://www.instagram.com/newtonabbotdental/ .
