Duties:
- Oversee the day-to-day management and operational efficiency of the bodyshop
- Lead, motivate, and develop a large team including production staff, administrative, and customer service personnel
- Ensure high standards of vehicle repair, quality control, and customer satisfaction
- Manage workshop productivity and profitability, ensuring targets are met or exceeded
- Implement and maintain effective processes to optimise workflow and operational consistency
- Monitor and manage budgets, costs, and compliance with health and safety standards
- Coordinate with insurance companies and customers throughout the repair process
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the bodyshop environment
Requirements:
- Proven recent experience as a Bodyshop Manager or in a similar supervisory role within the automotive industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Methodical approach to work, with excellent organisational abilities
- Experience managing budgets, costs, and operational processes
- Full UK driving licence with minimal points
- Self-motivated and proactive attitude towards development and team growth
- Ability to uphold high standards of quality and customer service
