Team Leader - Door to Door Fundraising / Field Sales (Guide Dogs)
Due to a period of rapid expansion, Wesser are recruiting for experienced Team Leaders to train, lead and motivate teams of door to door fundraisers, working on behalf of some of the UK's most respected charities. Whether you already have experience in leading teams in the industry or are an ambitious door to door fundraiser or salesperson looking to make the next step, we're interested in speaking to you.
You'll get:
- £14.50 per hour guaranteed basic plus bonuses
- Generous team and personal bonus structure (+£17k OTE)
- Permanent, fully employed contract (NOT self-employed)
- Weekly pay
- Mon-Fri, 11am-6pm (no weekends)
