The Role
You will provide a broad range of general practice services, including:
- Routine GP consultations
- Acute and same-day presentations
- Management of long-term conditions
- Medication reviews and prescribing
- Clinical assessments and treatment planning
- Referrals and coordination with secondary care
- Safeguarding and appropriate risk management
- Patient education and preventative care
- Participation in clinical meetings
- Clinical governance and quality improvement
- Collaborative working with the wider MDT

- GMC registered and qualified to work in UK general practice
