The Role
-
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage your own 360 recruitment desk within specialist technical markets, giving you the opportunity to build long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.

Develop new business and win new clients

Build and manage existing client relationships

Source, interview and shortlist candidates

Manage the recruitment process from vacancy through to offer and start

Negotiate offers and provide advice throughout the recruitment journey

Work towards achievable activity and revenue targets with the support of an experienced management team

Previous agency recruitment experience

Happy managing a 360 recruitment desk

Strong business development and relationship-building skills
