The successful applicant will be one of five Directors of Operations within the Trust. The post holder will play a key role in the delivery of high-quality clinical services, the Trust’s commitments and objectives.
In addition, you will provide leadership, guidance and support to a defined portfolio of CSU’s, through the integrated accountability framework, reporting monthly to the executive Team, in the development of transformational plans.
This role requires individuals who are driven, ambitious and passionate about patient care, and who have a desire to influence at the highest levels working in close partnership with senior clinical and managerial staff.
